Including member profiles that connect to the Site's blog features and content containing several subsections and exclusive features that unlock once a subscription plan is purchased. L'amour Divine (LLC) Online Magazine-Blog also offers L'amours Blessings for spiritual readings to its Site members, to which separate Terms and Conditions apply.
Your Account:
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including restricting access to your electronic devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your IP address, account, or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that L'amour Divine (LLC) Online Magazine-Blog is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. L'amour Divine (LLC) Online Magazine-Blog and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
LD Loyalty Program:
L'amour Divine (LLC) Online Magazine-Blog allows its members to earn LD Loyalty points and turn them into rewards. You will find the terms and conditions listed on the LD Loyalty webpage on the Site. Members can keep track of their rewards via their profile or the LD Loyalty webpage. The Site reserves the right to change or modify the awards and how its members earn LD Loyalty points without notice. The Site also reserves the right to cancel awards, LD Loyalty points, or the program altogether without notice. Your LD Loyalty points are not transferable.
Confidentiality:
L'amour Divine (LLC) Online Magazine-Blog subscription plans grant you access to exclusive posts, groups, videos, features, and membership information that is only viewable to paid subscribers. Therefore, you will forfeit your membership while risking any legal actions that may apply if you use, modify, share, or sell any confidential information that is only viewable due to your subscription. In the event legal action is necessary, you agree to reimburse L'AMOUR DIVINE (LLC) for all expenses incurred, including attorneys' fees and any other legal costs.
Account Deletion:
To delete your member profile, you must write bspurlock@lamourdivine.com and request that your profile be removed from the Site. Your request must include your member profile name and the "Community Page URL link" listed under the "My Account" tab on your member profile.
Termination/Access Restriction:
L'amour Divine (LLC) Online Magazine-Blog reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Michigan in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and L'amour Divine (LLC) Online Magazine-Blog due to this agreement or use of the Site. NO REFUND POLICY:
L'AMOUR DIVINE (LLC) ONLINE MAGAZINE-BLOG HAS A NO REFUND POLICY. IF YOU PURCHASE AN ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION, SPIRITUAL READING, ADVERTISEMENT/S, OR ANY SERVICES OFFERED ON THIS SITE. YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO OUR NO-REFUND POLICY. THEREFORE, YOU AGREE NOT TO REQUEST ANY REFUNDS OR PLACE ANY CHARGEBACKS DUE TO EVERY SALE ON OUR WEBSITE BEING INTANGIBLE AND FINAL.
Fees:
For all charges for products and services sold on the website, L'AMOUR DIVINE will bill your credit card or alternative payment method offered by L'AMOUR DIVINE (LLC). In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse L'AMOUR DIVINE (LLC) for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorneys' fees and other legal costs.
Cancellation Policy:
L'amour Divine (LLC) Online Magazine-Blog subscription plans automatically cancel once your purchased subscription timeframe ends.
L'amours Blessings spiritual readings must be canceled within 24 hours of the appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. A $10 cancellation fee will be applied to your account if it is not canceled in the mentioned timeframe.

Arbitration:

The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding, or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The arbitrator shall determine the entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver:
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will occur individually; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE, AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and L'amour Divine (LLC) Online Magazine-Blog agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
